Shipping and Delivery Policy

Dispatch Time

  • Orders are dispatched within 4-5 working days of production.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

  • Local orders within Singapore are delivered within 10 working days.
  • International orders are delivered within 20 working days.
  • Delivery timelines may vary slightly by location.
  • During festive seasons and peak periods, minor delays may occasionally occur. We will keep you informed every step of the way.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is fully included in the product price.
  • No hidden fees or extra charges at checkout. What you see is what you pay.
  • Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applicable to international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

  • A confirmation email and text with your tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched.
  • Use your tracking number to monitor your parcel's status at any time.
  • Tracking may take a few hours to update after dispatch, please check again if no update is showing initially.

Packaging

  • Every order is packed with protective material to ensure safe transit.
  • Gift packaging is available, just let us know when placing your order.

Gifting

  • We would be happy to include a personal note for your loved one.
  • Simply add your message or greeting in the 'Add Order Note' section at checkout.

Where We Ship

  • We ship across Singapore and welcome both local and international orders.
  • Delivery to P.O. Boxes is not available, a residential or office address is required.
  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate when placing your order.

Our Delivery Partners

  • We work with trusted courier partners to ensure careful and timely delivery.
  • Delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control are outside our liability.

Damaged or Wrong Item Received

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery if your item arrives damaged or incorrect.
  • Attach a photo & 360° unboxing video as supporting evidence of the item and packaging when reaching out, we will resolve it promptly.

Order Not Delivered

  • If your order shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, check with neighbours, building security, or anyone who may have received it on your behalf.
  • If still unresolved, contact us immediately and we will investigate.

Cancellations

  • Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
  • Cancellations can only be processed before dispatch - once out for delivery, orders cannot be cancelled.
  • Please note that custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun, as they are made especially for you.
