We are here to help if something goes wrong. Below is everything you need to know about our warranty and repair services.
Our Warranty Policy
How long does the warranty last? We offer a 1-Year Warranty on all our jewellery. This starts from the date you buy the item.
What is covered? This warranty covers any problems that happen because of how the jewellery was made. This applies to all our products, whether you bought a natural diamond, a lab-grown diamond, or colourful metal rings, earrings, or any other jewellery.
We will fix or replace your item for free if you have these issues:
- A stone (diamond or gem) falls out because the setting was not tight enough.
- The clasp on a necklace or bracelet breaks on its own.
- The metal breaks or cracks without you dropping it or hitting it.
- The earring post bends or breaks when you try to put it on.
What is NOT covered? Our warranty does not cover normal daily use or accidents. We cannot fix these issues for free:
- Lost Items: If you lose the whole piece of jewellery or a stone falls out, and you cannot find it.
- Scratches: Small scratches on the metal or stones from daily wear are normal.
- Water Damage: If the jewellery changes color because you wore it in the shower, pool, or ocean.
- Accidents: If you dropped the jewellery, sat on it, or hit it against a hard surface.
- Wrong Care: If you used strong chemicals or harsh cleaners on the jewellery.
Repairs & Maintenance Services
Even after your 1-year warranty ends, we are still here for you. We offer repair services for a small fee. Our expert team can fix your favourite pieces so you can keep wearing them.
We offer these services:
- Cleaning & Polishing: We can make your jewellery look shiny and new again.
- Rhodium Plating: If your precious jewellery looks dull, we can replate it to bring back the shine.
- Stone Replacement: If you lost a stone, we can find a matching one (natural or lab-grown) and set it for you. The cost depends on the size and type of stone.
- Resizing: If your ring does not fit, we can make it bigger or smaller.
- Clasp Replacement: We can put a new clasp on your chain if the old one is broken.
How to Care for Your Jewellery
Fortune Jewellery uses high-quality metals and stones. To keep them looking great, please follow these simple tips:
- Last On, First Off: Put your jewellery on after you put on your clothes, makeup, hairspray, and perfume. Take your jewellery off before you take off your clothes.
- Keep it Dry: Please do not wear your jewellery when swimming, showering, or washing dishes. Water and soap can make the metal dull.
- Store Safely: When you are not wearing your jewellery, keep it in the Fortune Jewellery box or a soft pouch. Try not to let different pieces rub against each other, as this causes scratches.
- Check Regularly: Every few weeks, look at your rings and earrings. If a stone looks loose, stop wearing it and contact us immediately.
How to Get Help
If you have a problem with your jewellery, please contact us first. Do not try to fix it yourself or take it to another shop, as this can damage the piece further.
Step 1: Contact Us Send us an email at support@fortunejewellery.co. Please include:
- Your Order Number.
- A few clear photos and a video of the problem.
Step 2: Wait for Approval. We will look at your photos. If it is a warranty issue, we will send you a shipping label. If it is a paid repair, we will tell you the price first.
Step 3: Send It In Pack the jewellery carefully in its original box and send it to our address:

Step 4: Repair & Return We will fix your item and send it back to you. This usually takes about 10 to 14 days.
Note: Please keep your receipt or invoice safe. You will need it to claim the warranty.
